Journey TO MMMUT
When I was in BCA 2nd year there were many MCA students livied the same hostel where I lived . So when I am in touch with seniors I have got great idea about MCA. And from my seniors I heard about NIMCET. But having idea or just listen about MCA is easy but while the time come when one important question arises in our minds is how to prepare for this exam? Then I and my friend start searching many coaching institutes but when I was come in MAARULA CLASSES then Amit Katiyar sir resolved all my doubts how to prepare for the exam and what are the strategies and all the things related to MCA Entrance exams.
With the help of Amit Katiyar sir’s guidance and the way of teaching i am able to crack CUET exam and take admission in Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology, Gorakhpur.

MMMUT, Gorakhpur Campus:
Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology (MMMUT), Gorakhpur has been established in year 2013 by the Government of Uttar Pradesh in the form of a non-affiliating, teaching and research University after reconstituting the Madan Mohan Malaviya Engineering College, Gorakhpur which was established in 1962.
The University is located in the Gorakhpur -Deoria road about 9 Km away from GorakhpurRailway Station. In addition to UG in CivilEngineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,Electrical Engineering and Electronics & Communication Engineering, Information Technology, University also offers MCA, BBA,MBA, M. Tech, M.Sc. and Ph.D. courses invarious specializations.
Course Duration:
The course duration was the most important factor for me to choose JNU. Here, the MCA programme spans 2 years of which only 3 semesters are dedicated to studies and the last one is work experience/project. Which means that you get an upper hand on those who are pursuing the same course for 3 years.
However this might not be suitable for non cs students. But for CS students, this might prove to be the right choice.
Hostels
The University is residential institution with seven boys’ hostels four girls’ hostels. The hostels are well furnished with necessary amenities available with in hostel premises. The leased line Internet facility is available for 24×7 hours in every room of each hostel.
Students admitted to the University hostels are provided with the necessary furniture. The students are personally responsible for upkeep of the articles issued to them by the warden in sound condition. First year students are provided with three/two-seater rooms as per the availability. Senior students are provided with double and single seated rooms depending upon availability.
Placement Prospects:
The Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology, Gorakhpur is a preferred academic institute for a large number of organizations for recruiting B.Tech., M.Tech., MCA and MBA students. These organizations influenced by the capability, intellect and the professional readiness displayed by our students, have usually offered more jobs than they originally intended. From most of these organizations, we get to know many good things about the actual performance of our students. Overall placements ratio in MMMUT was very good.

For sports persons many sports facilities also provided by MMMUT Campus and many more facilities provided by MMMUT, Gorakhpur.
Mess food in hostels is good in quality, taste and variety of food.
For the girl’s e-rikshaw facilitiy provides from hostel gate to main gate or you can use this facility in the whole campus.
